At any given moment, one constraint matters more than all others.

Not two.
Not all four.
One.

If that constraint is not addressed, nothing else works.

Most candidates violate this rule by:

• trying to improve everything at once
• chasing productivity instead of clarity
• confusing activity with progress

Triage means you identify the dominant blocker first.

Everything else waits.
